Case Study: Hydro-Power in Kenya

Adam Hart-Davis visits a project to supply renewable electricity to a small community in Kenya. Unlike the UK, there is no national electricity distribution grid. Small-scale, local electricity generation is necessary to supply local communities.

The video clip shows the project and explains how the power from the river is harnessed to generate electricity.
